Provided the goods are still in original condition, unused and include original product tags and wrapping, goods may be returned* for a prompt refund (excluding postage incurred and restocking fee) or exchange for something else that may suit your needs better within 30 days of purchase.

Warranty Based Returns
EquipmentGear.com.au stands by the manufacturers warranty of all products sold on our site and will gladly assist in the warranty process for any items that are faulty within the advertised warranty period.

We try our best to ensure that all products are shipped free from defects. In the case that you do receive a faulty product upon delivery, do not panic, simply contact EquipmentGear.com.au and we will organise to have the item replaced or the issue rectified for you as soon as possible.

Warranty Issues Over Time:
All warranty issues are dealt with by the manufacturer or distributor of the product and are bound strictly by their respective warranty policies. If a problem occurs with your purchased item within the period covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer/distributor for a direct resolution of your warranty claim. Please do not return the item to EquipmentGear.com.au for resolution.
