I just want to thank you for your fantastic service and products. I tried to place an order Sunday morning, being a newy at on line shopping i accidently placed my order twice, tried to cancel it got my self very stressed. Your company rang me 1/2 an hour later to help me . I couldn't believe the promt service i got considering it was Sunday as well. You helped me place my order and i received it on the following Thursday in perfect condition.
I will definitely use this site again and throughly recommend to anyone.

Please let me congratulate you on my recent purchase of the Hedgren Bag.
After my numerous 'annoying' phone calls to you, due to me being a new nervous online purchaser, the bag
has arrived today at 8.30am. I am delighted and excited with my purchase.
The service you gave me has been amazing. Within two days I am holding my bag. Beats travelling 40 minutes
to my nearest retailer (who did not have the design I required in stock anyway....)

Hi, I ordered the Titan 4 wheel suitcase on Sunday.
I ended up speaking to a gentleman who was a great help and obviously pushed the order thru on Monday.
Suitcase turned up on Wednesday in time for my daughters birthday present.
